Probably a Shame
We had a relatively formal Monday lunch today (Mommy, Daddy, and Annalee) at a restaurant we like on Austin's east side. Annalee, as often happens when we take her places, made several friends, in this case in the dining room and on the porch in front of the front door. She's good at initiating and receiving eye contact, smiles, and coy looks. It's probably a shame that adults aren't encouraged to be as warm to one another out in the world as babies get away with being.
