Water World

Baby’s new favorite activity, and there are many of them recently, is pouring water from her sippy cup onto her high-chair tray and splashing it with her hands. She doesn’t have a lot of control over her own life at her age; wielding power over four or five ounces of water is pretty exhilarating.

Her mom and I were both sure she said, “I love you” back to me tonight.
