Sleepy Truck

I’ve become one of them – one of the parents who resorts to putting baby in her car seat and driving her somewhere in order to get her to go to sleep. Believe me, I used to judge these people. “You use a four-thousand pound hunk of metal to get your infant to fall asleep?” I’d think to myself. “What kind of unfeeling, unsubtle, lazy parent are you?” You get the picture.

Today, baby took two drives to the beach, and she had beautiful naps after each. And I’d like to beg the forgiveness of anyone whom I offended with my former thoughts.
