Glad to be Home

My precious baby returned home with her mom and dad after a four-day trip to Texas, and she has been bouncing off the walls with joy for a couple of hours straight. Having been confined to an SUV for hours a day while the family hunted for its next house, and then been stuck in a hotel room much of the rest of the time, crawling and walking around her own abode has proved to be extremely fine entertainment. She ate several good-size bites of her mom’s pizza, took seven consecutive steps, and has been laughing and talking a mile a minute. She could not be more glad to be home.
