Long List

Baby chewed some ice today at a Mexican restaurant. As her mom carefully held the pieces up to her lips, she bit down with her sharp baby teeth and broke the ice into pieces small enough to hold in her mouth until they melted (or until she spat them out, whichever came first). I’m not sure I was ever capable of chewing ice; I know I haven’t been for as long as I can remember. So watching this event today I couldn’t help but wonder what other things I’m incapable of doing that my daughter will do without blinking an eye. May it be a long list.
