Sleep Serum

Mom went to a community meeting tonight and, boy, did baby want to see her come home. I fed baby, twice, in two hours; walked her in my arms, several times; played chase with her upstairs; changed her for bedtime; watched the Red Sox with her, though she wanted to watch from a position standing in front of the screen and I had to retrieve her four or five times; did a little more walking training with her; and stood in front of the window – just in case mommy’s vehicle rolled into the driveway. Baby was fussing, squirming, rubbing her eyes, and – like I said – ready to see her mommy. When mommy finally came home, baby fed for a minute or two and fell luxuriantly asleep.
